We serve youth ages 12 to 18 in Kingsport and the greater East Tennessee area.
Individual sessions provide one-on-one support with a licensed clinician, focused on each youth's specific triggers and goals. Group sessions focus on skill-building, communication, and emotional regulation in a structured peer setting.
